I highly recommend/expect our
new patients read each and every page of this website
thoroughly before coming in for their initial visit. It is
important to understand what kind of journey they are about
to embark upon with my guidance.
My role and
intention is to help you get pregnant AND maintain the
pregnancy. Your goal is to be a mother of a healthy baby,
not just to be pregnant. Making your body produce lots of
eggs is not difficult. But, making your body produce ¡°good
quality eggs¡± is vital to be able to conceive and to
maintain the healthy pregnancy. Traditional Chinese medicine
is not a quick fix. Restoring the body to health takes time.
Some conditions have been a long time in the making, and it
may take a while for the body to unmake them.
If
you are interested in becoming a new patient, please follow
the steps listed below.
1. Click on

An Appointment Online link or call 724-467-9186 to
make your appointment. If you made an appointment
online and need to make a change or cancel it, you can do it
by notifying me via email
(FortuneFertility@yahoo.com). Sometimes I experience
difficulty keeping the online scheduling up-to-date. If your
appointment made online needs to be rescheduled due to a
scheduling conflict, I will contact you via email.

Download, fill out, and bring the following forms to your
initial visit.

If you have a
trouble printing the forms and want us to
send you the forms by mail, please email me
(FortuneFertility@yahoo.com) with your
mailing address and short description of your condition.
The best way to reach
me is to write me an email. You may get the answering
machine most of time since I do not answer the phone when I
am seeing a patient. I usually reply your email within a few
hours.
*BBT Charts
The sooner I see
your BBT chart the more effectively I can treat your
condition. I am not trying to see if you are ovulating or
not from the chart. Your daily temperature change can reveal
very important information about what's going on in your
body. I need to find out the status and stability of your
reproductive hormones through the chart. It can give me
information on your ovaries, uterus lining, quality of eggs,
etc.

If you have not checked your
BBT yet, start doing it as soon as possible.
What To Do and What
Not To Do on the day of your visit
1. Make
sure you are not hungry or too full.
2. Do
not scrape or brush your tongue. Reading and examining a
tongue (coating, color, etc.) is an important TCM diagnostic procedure. Do not
drink a coffee or eat food (candy, etc.) that can change
the color of your tongue.
3.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Payment and
Cancellation Policies
Payment is by check or cash only.
There is no
installment plan available. There will be no refund if you
decide not to continue the treatment. There is a $35 charge
for a returned check and your subsequent payments must be
cash.
If
you must cancel your appointment, you have to email me or
call me before 6:00 pm the day before your appointment.
Otherwise, you will be charged in full for your cancelled
appointment. Exceptions can be made for medical emergencies.
